This is outside our mansion flat, AT 4:00 P.M.! It is this dark when I drive to pick-up Silly Chap #1 from school at 4:15! I didn't believe those who were telling me that it starts to get dark around 3:30 in the winter. It seems to be quite true. (It does make it easy to put the little ones in bed though!) However, we are now on the upside after the winter solstice and the daylight hours will be getting longer very soon. S.A.D.
Ever heard of S.A.D.? Otherwise known as "seasonal affective disorder"? Well, we heard it is quite common around here and let me show you why...........
